报告内容：This presentation will focus on two topics of Optics department: 1) complex laser beams with spatial light modulators, applications to short pulse micro-nano machining 2) Photonic Neural Networks

报告人简介：M. Jacquot received the PhD degree in engineering sciences from the University of Franche-Comté (UFC), France, in 2001. In 2002, he joined as associate professor the Jean Monnet University  of Saint Etienne, France. In 2006, he joined as associate professor the Optics Department of FEMTO-ST at UFC, Besancon (France). He is now full professor at UFC/UBFC and his research interests currently include nonlinear delay dynamics, optical chaos communications, photonic neural network, complex photonics and digital holography. He participated to three consecutive European Union projects and 4 national projects. He has been scientific expert for national (ANR) and international projects (ERC starting grant, CONICYT...). He is scientific coordinator of DEMO 3 of the Laboratory of Excellence ACTION: "Neuromorphic systems for ultra-high speed data processing and complex tasks". He is also deputy Director of the Optics Dpt, FEMTO-ST Institute. He is head of  the Education Committee of Graduate School EIPHI and of the international Master PICS program (‘Photonics, Micro-Nano-Technologies, Time Frequency Metrology and complex systems'), at University Bourgogne Franche-Comté since 2017.
